Yacine Idriss Diallo

Yacine Idriss Diallo, born on October 1, 1960, in Daloa, Côte d'Ivoire, is an entrepreneur. He has been President of the Ivorian Football Federation (FIF) since April 23, 2022. Yacine Idriss Diallo co-founded the Amadou Diallo soccer academy in Djékanou and was vice-president of Asec Mimosas from 1984 to 2002.

Idriss is a soccer fanatic. A discipline he has not played at a high level. He's never been a member of a club. But that's no problem. His passion for the game propelled him to become president of the Abidjan Université Club (AUC) soccer team from 1980 to 1983. Asec Mimosas subsequently co-opted him as vice-president (1984-1998). He quickly climbed the ladder at the Ivorian Football Federation (FIF) between 1980 and 1990. As vice-president under Ezan Emmanuel. Since 2002, he has been 3rd vice-president of FIF, in charge of the Marketing and Promotion commission.

Idriss Diallo holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics with a major in Operational Research. In practice, he is a financial and commercial services executive. His first job was as a technical advisor and administrative and financial deputy director in the civil service (1983-90). RTI made eyes at him and hired him as Director of Financial Affairs (DAF). His adventure with the "blue house" lasted just two years (90-92). His skills were subsequently recognized by Lonaci, who hired him as Sales and Marketing Director before appointing him Managing Director from 1992 to 2000. For the past eight years (2002-2010), he has been CEO of the Office d'aide à la commercialisation des produits vivriers (OCPV).
