Following the Council of Ministers held in Abidjan on July 30, 2025, Government Spokesperson Amadou Coulibaly announced the adoption of a decree approving a public-private partnership (PPP) contract. This contract covers the design, financing, renovation, management, and maintenance of the Symphonie building in Abidjan, signed between the Government of Côte d’Ivoire and Teyliom Properties Côte d’Ivoire.

According to the decree, Teyliom Properties has been granted responsibility for carrying out the renovation work, furnishing the building with office equipment, and managing the facility over a period of approximately five years. The company will also be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and renewal of contractual assets during this period.

The total investment for the project is estimated at 15 billion CFA francs.
