Moroccan real estate billionaire Anas Sefrioui is investing more than 3 billion Moroccan dirhams (MAD) in a major mixed-use development project in Abidjan, marking one of his largest investments to date in Côte d’Ivoire’s economic capital.
According to Business Insider Africa, the project will be led by Groupe Addoha and developed in Zone 4, one of Abidjan’s prime commercial and residential districts. The land acquisition agreement was signed last week, officially launching the development phase.
The project will span more than 150,000 square meters and will include four 20-story residential towers named “Les Tours Éléphants,” along with a large shopping mall and office spaces.
Positioned as a high-end mixed-use complex, the development is expected to significantly reshape the urban landscape of Abidjan while reinforcing Addoha’s growing footprint in West Africa.
