The Ivorian Investment Promotion Center (CEPICI) participated from March 26 to 28, 2026, in an International Symposium on local governments at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Foundation for Peace Research in Yamoussoukro.
Organized by the Senate of Côte d’Ivoire under the theme “Accelerating decentralization for effective local development,” the event brought together institutional actors, national and international experts, and technical partners to discuss key issues in local governance.
On this occasion, CEPICI was invited to lead Panel 4, titled “Cooperation between local governments: a new dynamic for local development.” Moderated by Mr. Yves Djédjé, Executive Director of CEPICI, the panel highlighted the opportunities offered by networking local authorities at both national and international levels.
Through its participation, CEPICI reaffirmed its role in promoting territorial investments through its “Invest IN” concept. Through its Investment Attraction Directorate, the center supports local governments in showcasing their economic potential, structuring bankable projects, and connecting with investors.
