CGECI and Harvard Business School Explore Collaboration to Enhance Business Leaders' Skills

On November 19, 2024, the Vice President of CGECI, Me Mahoua Fadika-Delafosse, representing President Ahmed Cissé, chaired a working session between CGECI and a delegation from Harvard Business School (HBS), led by Stéphane Sinimale, Director of Corporate Relations for the Middle East and Africa.

Accompanied by Mr. Alain Kouadio, CEO of Groupe Kaydan and a program partner, as well as two alumni, Mr. Sinimale presented the Harvard Business School Executive Education program. This initiative, designed for business leaders, executives, and managers, aims to enhance their leadership skills while fostering mutual learning between HBS and participants.

The program is structured in three phases:

  1. A one-week training session held at the ENSEA campus in Abidjan.
  2. Online sessions.
  3. A one-week immersion on Harvard's campus in Boston, USA.

During the discussions, Vice President Fadika-Delafosse highlighted President Cissé's commitment to enhancing the competitiveness of Ivorian businesses by providing them access to high-level training programs.

The Vice President was joined by Désyrée Fouqueray Porquet, Chairperson of the Training and Research Commission; Stéphane Aka-Anghui, Executive Director; Félix Yenan, Deputy Executive Director; and Serge Konan-Allany, Director of Enterprise Support Services.

Following this productive meeting, the Harvard Business School delegation was received in a formal audience by President Ahmed Cissé, further emphasizing the strong interest in this promising collaboration.
