Abidjan, July 10, 2025 – Two non-binding memoranda of understanding (MoUs) in the field of digital technology and the digitalization of public services were signed on Thursday, July 10, 2025, between the Emirati state-owned company G42 Presight, one of the world leaders in Big Data analytics, and, on one hand, the Ministry of State, Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Modernization, and on the other hand, the Ministry of Digital Transition and Digitalization.

These two agreements, signed at Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire in Abidjan on the sidelines of the official opening of the first edition of Ivoire Tech Forum, and under the presidency of Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé, respectively relate to the establishment of a collaborative framework for the modernization of public administration, and a collaborative framework for the national digital development strategy.

The Ivorian signatories were Minister of State Anne Désirée Ouloto and Minister Ibrahim Khalil Konaté, while Sheik Muhammad Shameen Hosenbocus, Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Africa and Latin America at G42 Presight, signed on behalf of his company.

The signing ceremony, welcomed by all stakeholders, took place in the presence of the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Côte d'Ivoire, Ali Yousef Al Nuaimi, who represented the Emirati government.

These MoUs fall within the framework of strengthening the strategic partnership between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire in the areas of technological innovation and artificial intelligence.
