On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, on the 7th floor of Tower B, Mr. N’Guessan KOFFI, Minister of National Education, Literacy, and Technical Education, received His Excellency Mr. Matthias VELTIN, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Côte d’Ivoire.

The discussions focused on improving the Ivorian education system, rehabilitating schools, promoting literacy among youth and adults to facilitate their professional integration, and developing technical and vocational education. Other topics included training orientation inspectors in Germany, enhancing German language teachers’ skills, and awarding scholarships to top students.

The Minister reaffirmed the commitment of the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Alassane Ouattara, to building a modern and attractive Ivorian education system.
