Abidjan, May 20, 2025 – On a mission to the Kingdom of Morocco, the President of the High Authority for Good Governance (HABG), Zoro Epiphane Ballo, was received on Monday, May 19, 2025, in an audience by the President of Morocco’s Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE), Abdelkader Amara, at the institution’s headquarters in Rabat.

This meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the role and missions of Morocco’s CESE, to share respective experiences in economic, social, and environmental governance, and to explore prospects for institutional cooperation between the two bodies.

The President of HABG praised the quality of this exchange, highlighting the importance of dialogue between African institutions committed to promoting good governance.
