Abidjan – The Ministry of Communication is actively reinforcing its strategic ties with international partners. On Wednesday, October 7, a high-level bilateral meeting took place with former United States Ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire, Mrs. Jessica Davis Ba, who now leads the strategic consulting firm All Africa Advisors.
Transitioning into strategic advisory, the diplomat presented the mission of her firm, All Africa Advisors. Dedicated to expanding business relationships between Africa and the United States, the organization focuses on guiding companies and investors to translate their investment intentions into concrete initiatives across the continent.
During the working session, discussions centered on strategic avenues for media and institutional communication development in Côte d’Ivoire. Potential areas of cooperation include targeted training and capacity-building programs for local journalists, institutional support for the Government Information and Communication Service (SICA), and the prospective hosting of the Media Leaders Forum in Côte d’Ivoire.
These constructive exchanges pave the way for a deeper synergy and rich exchange of expertise across the Ivorian, African, and American media ecosystems. Through this engagement with All Africa Advisors, the Ministry of Communication reaffirms its commitment to leveraging top-tier global expertise to modernize public information and elevate Côte d’Ivoire's media landscape on the international stage.
