On Monday, February 10, 2025, the Permanent Secretariat of the National Excellence Award officially opened submissions for the 2025 edition, with the awards ceremony scheduled for August.

The National Excellence Award is open to individuals (men, women, youth), organizations, companies, or administrations that have demonstrated excellence in their field. Submissions can be made through the website www.prixdexcellence.gouv.ci  from February 10 to April 30, 2025.

At the launch of the 2025 edition on January 24, 2025, Traoré Karim, Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister, Minister of Sports and the Living Environment, Robert Beugré Mambé, announced significant innovations, including the strengthening of the Technical Committee by expanding its members to include other components of civil society and justice commissioners to make legal observations on the deliberations. Additionally, the Committee will be deployed on the ground to ensure that the scores from the sectoral committees align with the reality on the ground.

The National Excellence Award, established in 2013 by President Alassane Ouattara, has recognized 812 laureates from 153 public institutions, 201 private sector companies, and 293 men and 151 women who have made significant contributions to the development of Côte d'Ivoire by excelling in their respective fields
