Orange CI Foundation Ready to Support Minister N’Guessan KOFFI
On Monday, February 16, 2026, on the 7th floor of Tower B, Mr. N’Guessan KOFFI, Minister of National Education, Literacy, and Technical Education, held a working session with a delegation from the Orange CI Foundation, led by its Director, Mr. BAMBA Habib.
The meeting allowed the delegation to present an overview of major initiatives undertaken since 2006 in support of education and digital inclusion, including programs for providing IT equipment, creating educational digital spaces, and supporting school communities. The Orange CI Foundation also expressed its willingness to strengthen its partnership with the Ministry of National Education, Literacy, and Technical Education (MENAET) to further contribute to the digital transformation of the Ivorian education system.
During the discussions, the Minister praised the Foundation’s commitment to the development of Ivorian schools and highlighted the Ministry’s strategic priorities, notably reducing the deficit in school infrastructure, rehabilitating and equipping existing schools, effectively integrating digital tools into teaching practices, and strengthening the digital skills of teachers and educational staff.
The Minister expressed his wish for the Orange CI Foundation to support MENAET in implementing structural projects, both in infrastructure and training. Both parties agreed to continue technical consultations to identify priority areas of collaboration and to develop an operational partnership framework for the next steps.
“We are pleased to benefit from the support of the Orange CI Foundation. Our ambition is to mobilize all stakeholders around our vision of ‘Côte d’Ivoire at School,’” declared Minister N’Guessan KOFFI.
