A delegation from the United States Embassy in Côte d’Ivoire, led by Ms. Stéphanie GOBER, Administrator of the Technical Assistance for Bankable Infrastructure (TABI) program at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), was received on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at the Autonomous Port of Abidjan.
The meeting was held in the presence of Colonel COFFI Emmanuel, Director of Maritime Operations, Security, and Environment; Dr. Titi PALÉ, Director of Commercial, Marketing, and Communication; and Mr. MONI N’Guessan Hyacinthe, Director of Infrastructure and Project Management. The discussions focused on the objectives of the TABI program, including enhancing the attractiveness of infrastructure projects to financial institutions and promoting innovative and sustainable solutions to foster economic growth and the development of local capacities.
Within this framework, several key projects at the Port of Abidjan were reviewed, particularly those aimed at improving access to the port platform, streamlining traffic, and strengthening logistical competitiveness.
This meeting, part of the ongoing partnership between Côte d’Ivoire and the United States, reflects the Autonomous Port of Abidjan’s commitment to engaging in major international initiatives to develop modern, sustainable, and high-performing port infrastructure.
