The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Alassane OUATTARA, presided over a Council of Ministers held from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM at the Presidential Palace in Abidjan.

The discussions focused on several key points, including:

 General Measures:
Medical Biology: Adoption of a draft law regulating laboratories and the quality of medical tests.
Social and Solidarity Economy: Legal framework for cooperatives, associations, and social enterprises.

 

Draft Decrees:
Loan Ratifications:

€30.5 million for economic transformation and inclusive governance (PATEGI-I).

€126.3 million + 11 million UA for the PACE project focused on youth and entrepreneurship.

Housing and Urban Planning:

Declarations of public utility for the construction of social housing in Adiaké, Yamoussoukro, Bouaké, and more.

Flood protection in Attécoubé through slope vegetation.

Launch of the National Printing Office in Williamsville.

Creation of the GUPCCU (Single Window for Building Permits and Urban Control) to modernize and simplify administrative procedures.
