Account Manager (GOVERNMENT SECTOR IN ICT)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Gain insights into changes and trends in the business of Government Sector in Cote d'Ivoire. Explores business opportunities in the sectors, and guide customers’ budget and business strategies to support Huawei’s business growth.
2. Establishe, develop, maintain and promote the customer relationships of different levels. Manage customer expectations and improves customer satisfaction. Build a trustworthy and win-win partnership to support the achievement of Huawei's business goals.
3. Work as the Facilitator of customers' business success. Deeply understand customers' strategies and policies. Identify, guide, influence, and address customers' pain points, and provide solutions. Help customers achieve their own business success.
4. Work as the PD of the sales project team. Coordinate internal resources of Huawei, and lead the sales project team to achieve the sales target and improve customer satisfaction through effective project operation.
5. Ensure the Compliance in the end-to-end transaction and operation management of the sales project team, and effectively achieve business goals under the compliance requirements.
