On Monday, October 7, 2024, the team held its first training session at the Lycée Technique Cocody from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM, featuring 13 players: Badra Ali, Yahia Fofana, Koné Mohamed, Wilfried Singo, Eric Bailly, Hassane Kamara, Seri Jean Michael, Seko Fofana, Hamed Junior, Evrard Crespo, Nicolas Pépé, Guy Stéphane Bédi, and J-P Krasso.
The remaining players are expected to arrive later in the evening at La Maison Palmier in Cocody, where the team will continue its training regimen leading up to the matches.
The Elephants are focused on maximizing their performance ahead of the qualifiers, aiming to secure their place in the tournament.
