Côte d’Ivoire launches Consultative Group to mobilize investment for 2026–2030 National Development Plan

On Wednesday, Vice President Tiémoko Meyliet Koné, representing President Alassane Ouattara, presided over the opening ceremony of the Consultative Group for the financing of Côte d’Ivoire’s 2026–2030 National Development Plan (PND).

The Consultative Group aims to mobilize CFA 114.84 trillion (approximately US$200 billion) in investments, with 70% expected to come from the private sector.

The initiative seeks to build on the significant progress achieved by Côte d’Ivoire in recent years, including the diversification of the national economy, the continued modernization of key economic and social infrastructure, and the strengthening of human capital while creating more employment opportunities for young people and women.
