Ivorians,

Residents of Côte d’Ivoire,

Today, October 26, 2025, I wish to extend my republican congratulations to the President of the Republic, Alassane Ouattara, for his victory as announced by the preliminary results we have gathered.

I also wish to commend all the candidates for their participation in this electoral process and for the democratic vitality that each of them, in their own way, has helped to uphold.

To all those who placed their trust in me, I express my deepest gratitude. Your commitment, your energy, and your faith in a fairer and more prosperous Côte d’Ivoire will continue to inspire my actions.

I will not forget the men and women who worked tirelessly by my side throughout these long weeks to advance our shared vision.

Now, the new chapter before us must be one of unity, togetherness, and collective effort for our Nation.
