Abdourahmane Cissé Joins Lazard as Senior Advisor
Lazard has announced the appointment of Abdourahmane Cissé as Senior Advisor within its Government Advisory team. A former minister in Côte d'Ivoire and expert in public finance, Cissé will leverage his experience to support Lazard’s efforts in Africa and globally.
A graduate of École Polytechnique, Cissé held key ministerial positions in Côte d'Ivoire, including Minister of Budget, Minister of Petroleum and Energy, and Secretary General of the Presidency. At Lazard, he will advise governments on debt management, financing, investments, and sustainable growth strategies.
