Digital Development: Côte d'Ivoire and G42 Presight Seal Two Agreements

Two non-binding memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in the fields of digitalization and public service transformation were signed on Thursday, July 10, 2025, between the Emirati public company G42 Presight, a global leader in Big Data analytics, and, on one hand, the Ministry of State, Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Modernization, and on the other hand, the Ministry of Digital Transition and Digitalization of Côte d'Ivoire.

These agreements were signed in Abidjan, at the Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire, on the sidelines of the official opening of the first edition of the Ivoire Tech Forum, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé.

The first MoU focuses on establishing a collaborative framework for modernizing public administration, while the second relates to setting up a collaboration framework for the national digital development strategy.

On the Ivorian side, the documents were signed by Minister of State Anne Désirée Ouloto and Minister Ibrahim Khalil Konaté. G42 Presight was represented by Sheik Muhammad Shameen Hosenbocus, Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Africa and Latin America.

The signing ceremony, welcomed by all parties, took place in the presence of Ali Yousef Al Nuaimi, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Côte d'Ivoire, who represented the Emirati government.

These agreements are part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen the strategic partnership between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, particularly in the fields of technological innovation and artificial intelligence.
