Cooperation: Dominique Ouattara Receives the U.S. Chargé d’Affaires

The First Lady of Côte d’Ivoire, Dominique Ouattara, received in audience on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at her offices in Cocody, Junaid Munir, Chargé d’Affaires of the United States Embassy in Côte d’Ivoire.

He was accompanied by Jenny Bah, First Secretary of the Political and Economic Section of the Embassy.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the quality of the longstanding friendship and cooperation between Côte d’Ivoire and the United States, as well as on the initiatives led by the First Lady in support of Ivorian and African children.

Mrs. Dominique Ouattara also mentioned her upcoming participation in a summit scheduled to be held in Washington and organized by the First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump, from March 24 to 25, 2026.

The First Lady expressed her gratitude to her guests for the cordial visit and for the continued strengthening of bilateral ties.
