2025 Presidential Election: Assalé Tiémoko and Vincent Toh Bi Irié Officially Launch the Alliance for Justice, Nation and Alternation (AJUNA)

Assalé Tiémoko Antoine and Vincent Toh Bi Irié, both declared candidates, officially launched on Thursday, June 26, 2025, the Alliance for Justice, Nation and Alternation (AJUNA). This new political entity aims to "pool their efforts and embody a new dynamic for the future of Côte d’Ivoire."

During a press conference held today in Abidjan, Assalé Tiémoko and Vincent Toh Bi Irié announced their commitment to unite their visions, harmonize their electoral strategies, and affirm their solidarity within AJUNA. Their common goal is clear: to bring together energies and ensure a political alternation driven by a new generation of Ivorian leaders.

According to its founders, AJUNA is built on the belief that the country’s future demands sincere, responsible, and inclusive engagement. At the core of this alliance is a strong will to position the Ivorian people as the central actors of change. This initiative responds to the aspirations of a population eager to see new political figures emerge and new approaches to governance.

 

To ensure balanced and collegial leadership, the presidency of the Alliance for Justice, Nation and Alternation will be held on a rotating basis by Vincent Toh Bi Irié and Assalé Tiémoko Antoine.
