Four officials of the African Peoples’ Party – Côte d’Ivoire (PPACI) have been summoned by the Abidjan Police Prefecture, according to an administrative notice seen by Abidjan.net on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

The individuals in question are Damana Adia Pickas, Blaise Lasme, Koua Justin, and Dahi Nestor  all close associates of former President Laurent Gbagbo. The notice, signed by a police commissioner, instructs them to report to the General Investigations Department of the Police Prefecture, located on the Abobo Road, just past the MACACI intersection.

Although the exact reason for the summons is not specified, the document states that those concerned must appear with legal counsel (a lawyer), in accordance with the revised Article 90 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
