Abidjan, August 9, 2024 – In preparation for the upcoming electoral roll revision, Mrs. Kandia Camara, President of the Ivorian Senate, Vice-President of RHDP (Rassemblement des Houphouëtistes pour la Démocratie et la Paix), and Principal Coordinator RHDP of Abobo, held a series of informative and exchange meetings on August 8, 2024. These meetings took place in the political departments of Sogefhia, Plaque, BC, M'ponon, and Céleste.

During these sessions, Kandia Camara emphasized the importance of mobilizing coordinators, departmental heads, zone delegates, and section secretaries to ensure the successful implementation of the electoral roll revision operation scheduled for September. This crucial task involves registering new eligible voters to update the electoral list.

The RHDP coordination team of Abobo aims to register over 70,000 new eligible voters as part of this initiative. Mrs. Camara’s call to action highlights the party’s commitment to ensuring broad voter registration and participation in the upcoming elections.
