Côte d’Ivoire: Prime Minister Beugré Mambé Arrives in Luanda for the 7th European Union–African Union Summit

Côte d’Ivoire’s Prime Minister, Dr. Robert Beugré Mambé, arrived in Luanda, Angola, on Sunday, 23 November 2025, in the early evening. Upon his arrival, he was welcomed by Angola’s Minister of the Interior, Manuel Homem, and the Vice-Governor of Luanda, Calunga Quissanga.

The Prime Minister is accompanied on this mission by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Ivorians Abroad, Kakou Houaja Léon Adom.

Dr. Beugré Mambé will take part in the 7th European Union–African Union (EU-AU) Summit, scheduled for 24–25 November 2025, where he will represent the President of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.

This high-level diplomatic gathering will bring together African and European leaders to discuss key strategic priorities, including security, economic transformation, innovation, infrastructure, youth development, and political cooperation.

Côte d’Ivoire’s participation reflects its commitment to strengthening international partnerships and contributing actively to the EU-AU dialogue aimed at addressing shared challenges and unlocking new development opportunities.
