ARISE IIP Secures Major $443 Million Investment for Pan-African Expansion

ARISE IIP is thrilled to announce a significant fundraising achievement of $443 million, which includes a strategic investment of $300 million from the Fund for Export Development in Africa (FEDA), the investment fund of the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), and $143 million from the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC).

This announcement, made today, October 2, 2024, highlights that this new funding elevates ARISE IIP's capital to over $1 billion. Sources indicate that this investment will accelerate the group’s operations as a developer of unique industrial and logistics ecosystems, providing solutions for economic growth and contributing to the economic transformation of partner countries. This approach goes beyond mere infrastructure and logistics operations, encompassing a holistic strategy across its portfolio of 12 countries, thereby reinforcing Africa's role in global value chains and promoting sustainable economic growth.

ARISE is represented in Côte d'Ivoire through its subsidiary, ARISE Ivoire, which aims to design, construct, finance, and operate several world-class infrastructures. The major investment of $443 million could serve as a significant catalyst in this direction.
