Mylène Amon is officially in the Guinness World Records!
The visionary Ivorian artist from Grand-Bassam has made history by creating 130 optical illusion portraits on paper in just 120 hours, from February 5 to 10, 2025, at the BAE stadium in Yopougon, Abidjan.
Originally aiming for 150 portraits, she completed 130 unique works at an incredible pace an artistic marathon that captured national attention and inspired many. The funds raised from this record-breaking event will go toward supporting children battling cancer, in collaboration with the Ivorian Ministry of Health.
With this achievement, Mylène Amon not only brings global recognition to Ivorian paper art but also proves that creativity and compassion can break boundaries....
